Cancellation Policy:  

Appointments will be confirmed the day before scheduled
massage.  Please allow a 24-hour notice for cancellations.  
If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment
for another day.
Massage appointments can be made ahead of time by
calling (617) 304-9605.  Please mention using gift
certificates while booking appointment.  No walk-ins.
Gift Certificates:

Buy gift certificates online and have it shipped to you.  If
you would like to pick up the gift certificate in person,
please call (617) 304-9605 to arrange a time for pickup.   

Gift certificates can be upgraded from 60 minutes to 90
minutes by notifying Suzen and paying the difference.  

A 60 minute hot stone massage gift certificate can be used
for a 90 minute regular massage.

A 90 minute regular massage gift certificate can be used
for a 60 minute hot stone massage.

appointment, please wait in the
waiting room and be mindful of
noise and turn off cell phones.
Please inform the massage therapist of any injuries or
health issues that may affect your massage.  Withholding
information can be harmful to both you and the massage
therapist.
